ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the significance of the International Exchange Program of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps that sends selected cadets to different countries abroad to experience the foreign nation's maritime traditions and training. Foreign allies of the U.S. can also send their Sea cadets to the U.S. for the same experience in return. Police Officer 1 Jessica Vance and Erik Lin-Greenberg said that the experience was very significant to their job. INSET: Sea Cadet Leader Mooberry Dies.
