Presents a method for altering the standard full-crown preparation in the treatment for cracked teeth. Shortening of the cusps of fractured segment; Prevention of crown contact on internal side of fractured segment; Placement of boxes and grooves in unfractured portion; Apical placement of margins; Other factors to consider beyond crown preparation design.
