ABSTRACT
Presents a case report of diffuse infiltrative lymphocytosis syndrome associated with HIV disease. Exhibition of bilateral parotid swellings caused by lymphoepithelial cysts; Cervical lymphadenopathy; CD8 circulating lymphocytosis; CD8 lymphocytic infiltration into the labial salivary glands; Mandatory periodic observation; Fine-needle aspiration biopsy.
