ABSTRACT
The article presents news briefs related to convenience stores in the U.S. Convenience store chains Sheetz Inc. and Putter's Farm Stores are offering customers M&T Bank ATMs with no extra surcharge fees. Getty Realty Corp. completed its previously announced acquisition of 18 Arrow Mart convenience stores based in Caledonia, New York State. GPM Investments signed a new agreement with McLane Co. Inc. to serve GPM's Fas Mart and Shore Stop convenience stores. Under the agreement, which extends through 2009, McLane will provide grocery wholesale products to over 161 locations.
