Pantry Inc. has acquired Shop-A-Snak Food Mart Inc. which operates 38 convenience stores in Alabama, while Canada's Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. agreed to buy 40 Shell stores in the Indianapolis area. The Pantry acquisition also includes dealer and fuel supply arrangements for several additional stores. Couche-Tard would buy the land and buildings for 29 convenience stores, acquire the land and lease the premises for one and would lease the other 10.
