ABSTRACT
The article features the 1.0 micron high resolution linear stages developed by H2W Technologies Inc. in Valencia, California. The product operates for longer span of time that needs no lubrication, adjustment nor maintenance. It consists of a flexible linear guide and a lead screw which created a torque stiff stage that can be maneuvered at a vertical or horizontal axis.
