ABSTRACT
The article reports on the sale of 183 million dollars of insured revenue bonds which was launched by the Tarrant Regional Water District of Forth Worth area in Texas on March 20, 2006. The proceeds from the bonds will be used to finance various improvements for the district. Sales to additional customers are allowed but are dependent on contracting members.
