ABSTRACT
The article interviews Jane Harte-Lovelace, head of insurance group Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham. Her first-ever job is being an inefficient dental nurse. Her mentor or role model is Ken Duncan and Stephenson Harwood. When asked about the best thing about her job, she mentions dealing with people.
