The article reports that law firm SJ Berwin and Co. has secured its position as the leading legal adviser to Evans Randall on property matters in Great Britain. Real estate partner David Ryland has played a significant role in Evans Randall's £175 million acquisition of ABN Amro Inc.'s London, England headquarters. The deal focused on the freehold acquisition of the property and subsequent leaseback to the Dutch bank for a term of 30 years.
