WGBH Readies $62M Sale of VR Debt With Mass Development as Conduit

The article reports that the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency will refund $62 million of variable-rate debt for the WGBH Educational Foundation. The bonds will be priced for institutional investors. Proceeds from the sale will refund a portion of Series 2002 bonds, which were issued to help finance the foundation's new headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts.
