ABSTRACT
The article reports on the progress of the Erie County Fiscal Stability Authority's (ECFSA). mission to help the western New York county implement the recommended financial reforms. According to ECFSA executive director Lee Van Riper, the resignations of board chairman Edward Regan and vice chairman P. David Campbell have not hindered the authority's daily operations. Meanwhile, the ECFSA has named Fran Ritzenthaler director of implementation.
