ABSTRACT
The article reports on the rating of the bonds of Hawaii by Moody's Investors Service and Standard & Poor's Corp. The state is planning a 350 million dollar general obligation bond sale for March 8, 2006. The new bonds has been given a Aa2 rating by Moody's with stable outlook. The favorable rating is due to the state's strong revenue growth.
