ABSTRACT
The article announces the plans of the Florida Housing Finance Corp. to sell hurricane aid bonds, under which victims of hurricanes in the state are eligible to use bond proceeds under expanded federal housing provisions. Bond proceeds will be used to implement broadened homeownership provisions provided by Congress through the Gulf Opportunity Zone Act and the Katrina Emergency Tax Relief Act of 2005.
