ABSTRACT
The article presents a case report on an 18-year-old female college student complaining of fatigue and inability to concentrate. She denies using alcohol, tobacco or illicit drug. Her parents are in good health, although her father has hypercholesteremia. Past medical history, nutritional history, physical examination results of the patient is provided.
