ABSTRACT
This article reports on the plans of Home Depot Inc. and Target Corp. to open stores in a new Morgan Park shopping center, one of the biggest retail developments planned for Chicago, Illinois' South Side. The two retailers together would occupy about 250,000 square feet-more than half the total size of the planned project at 119th Street and Interstate 57, according to people familiar with the development. Primestor Development Inc. which specializes in urban development, bought the property from a partnership headed by Robert Lunn, the former financial adviser of former Chicago Bull Scottie Pippen.
