ABSTRACT
The article reports on bond deals in the U.S. Far West region. Washington-based Energy Northwest will sell revenue refunding bonds valued at $863 million. Tarrant Regional Water District will offer a bond that will mature from 2018 to 2029 in Texas. Dallas County, Texas will also sell a combination tax and parking-garage revenue certificates of obligation. The New York State Dormitory Authority will issue three bonds, one in the competitive market and two being sold via negotiation.
