IFMA names 2006 Silver Plate winners

This article presents the winners of the Silver Plate Awards of the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association as of March 2006. The winners include Ron Ehrhardt, director of dining services at Prudential Financial; Ted Mayer, chief operating officer at Harvard University Dining Services; Beverly Girard, director of food and nutrition services for Sarasota County Public Schools; and Ron Rech, director of food and nutrition service at Resurrection Medical Center and Holy Family Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.
