ABSTRACT
The article presents a method for the collection of essential oils. A Florentine flask is specially designed for collecting oils that are lighter than water. Similarly, another flask is also suitable for oils that are heavier than water. The separation of oils from the water is being illustrated and the process of distillation is described briefly.
