ABSTRACT
The article presents information on various court cases related to employment law. In the court case Barke v SEETEC Business Technology Centre Ltd., an employee claimed for unfair/constructive dismissal and disability discrimination on part of her employer. The Great Britain Employee Appeal Tribunal rejected the claim that SEETEC had failed to make reasonable adjustments and caused the employee to suffer detrimental treatment on the grounds of liability. Another court case Hawley v Luminar Leisure Ltd. is regarding employer's liability.
