ABSTRACT
This article describes the journey of a surrogate mother for a woman in Belgium who wanted a child. Surrogacy in Belgium is strictly taboo and in some parts of Europe it is also illegal. This forced the woman to look over seas if she had any hopes for having a child. April Peterson had enjoyed being pregnant with her children and was eager to help another woman in need.
