Nilit Acquires Interest in Invista European Nylon Business

The article reports on the acquisition of Invista European Nylon by Nilit in March 2006. Invista will continue to operate the apparel facility in Gloucester, England and sell all of its production through Nilit. Under the terms of the deal, Invista will grant Nilit an exclusive license for the trademarks Tactel, Cordura and Supplex in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
