ABSTRACT
This article reports on the appointment of Caroline Fergus as the training coordinator of the Institute of Management Services in Great Britain. He will be responsible for managing customers before, during and after their training. A native of the North West, Caroline has just re-located back home after a couple of years in Australia and Newcastle upon Tyne.
