ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's opinion on the strategy adopted by a real estate chain of Great Britain to sell houses and apartments. Real estate agents generally use words like "breathtaking," "stunning" and "exquisite" in every sentence when describing even the most miserable apartment. The description rarely reflects reality. This real estate agency went the totally opposite way by describing the reality as it was. People actually began reading the advertisements. They were so motivated by this new writing style that they began looking forward to reading the advertisements, both because they were entertaining, and also because they were real and honest.
