ABSTRACT
In this article the author offers advice to Ismail Haniyeh, Prime Minister of Palestine and the head of the Hamas government. He suggests that the armed Islamic groups outside of Hamas be disarmed, that some former Fatah members be prosecuted for corruption and that he cement relations with Jordan and Egypt. The author also advises Haniyeh to come to terms with Israel and not to make an alliance with Iran.
