ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of developers to use the community development districts (CDD)budget to help fund for the construction of public school districts in Florida. School finance is the number one growth issue in CDD. To get an access with CDD, school districts are required to develop a concurrency plans to ensure service for new developments.
