ABSTRACT
The article presents news briefs related to sports and recreation of disabled veterans in the U.S. compiled as of April 1, 2006. Nick Scandone was named the US SAILING's 2005 Roley Yachtsman of the Year. Wal-Mart Stores Inc. has contributed $50,000 to benefit the National Veterans Wheelchair Games and Paralyzed Veterans of America's National Trapshoot Circuit.
