ABSTRACT
The article reflects on the strategic posture that concentrates on the strengthening of military force and foreign relations between China and the Soviet Union. As a result of the Soviet bombing in Chinese Sinkiang, Red Army units rapidly enveloped Sinkiang, and appealed to the Chinese people regarding the proclamation of peace by Moscow. The proclamation has changed the relationship of both parties, claiming Russia as the new enemy and leaving China as a target of the Soviet Union attack.
