ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the creative recruitment of potential and skilled employees. According to the author, during the late 1990s, a number of shop owners have been offering signing bonuses in their advertisement's boosted response. A shop owner has stated that he preferred getting more applicants by offering a few hundred dollars as a signing bonus than spend that same amount of money in payment to run an advertisement.
