ABSTRACT
The article reports on the joint production of Public Broadcasting Service's television program "Soundstage" by WTTW-TV and HD Ready, a company specializing in delivering music to television in high definition with Dolby surround audio in the U.S. Chief audio engineer Frank Pappalardo developed a stage blueprint comprising the SM58 at lead vocals and various kinds of Shure microphones.
