The article reports on SGC Financial and Insurance Services' use of ClairAccess, a ClairMail product that provides employees with secure mobile access to customer information from BlackBerrys and other mobile devices. SGC chairman and chief executive officer Edward Link said that his firm found the lack of a difficult technology upgrade in the ClairMail offering attractive. ClairAccess enables companies to access 100 percent of their application library with no redevelopment investment or software installation, with the user retaining secure, centralized control.
