ABSTRACT
The article reports on Fraud Risk Score, a tool released by D&B that enables banks to check commercial loan applications for the likelihood of future fraud. D&B executive Dan Rucker claims the software is similar to that typically served by credit agencies on the consumer side. Experian, one of those credit agencies, is also working on a corporate fraud program to complement its consumer data. In doing so, it will become the main competitor to D&B in the corporate fraud area.
