ABSTRACT
The article reports on loan servicing software used by mortgage brokers such as Multi-Financial Services Co.'s Trakker, which broker Steve Stripp hopes will allow Absolute Home Mortgage Corp. of West Paterson, New Jersey, to service loans without adding staff and without adding to the work loads of staff already processing loans. Multi-Financial Services president Terry Ryan claims the software is designed to consider the gaps in technology and business task knowledge that can arise when smaller firms move into new lines of business.
