ABSTRACT
The article reports on the floral program at the stores of Cub Foods. To increase sales of fresh flowers during the Valentine's Day, Cub Foods' stores feature a specially designated Lover's Lane checkout aisle. The aisle is developed for express purchases. The store associates have donned black-tie attire to create greater interest and excitement. Nice flower arrangements are put in place post-Valentine. INSET: Petal power, all year long.
