ABSTRACT
The article describes recommended exercises for fire fighters. Fire fighters need to have muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and cardiovascular strength. Cardiorespiratory exercise enables the delivery of oxygen to the muscles. Strength training builds endurance and strength. Stretching is done at the end of the workout.
