Pebble Beach wins trademark ruling

The article reports on the permanent injunction issued by the U.S. Federal Court against Northern Bay Golf Resort and Marina of Arkdale, Wisconsin. The ruling prohibits them from describing any of their golf holes as a replica of those at Pebble Beach Golf Links. Pebble Beach also prohibits the use of their name in the resort's advertisements.
