ABSTRACT
The article reports on some of the developments in Great Britain's money market. As networks scramble to sign up members up to their panels, the coming year could prove the acid test for multi-ties. By the summer of 2006, the sale of Sesame is expected to be over. After Old Mutual PLC's takeover of Skandia AB, Bankhall is set to be sold off. Positive Solutions Ltd., now wholly owned by Aegon NV, may market its technology systems to the bigger market although it will surely continue to woo new advisers.
