ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the application of robotics in the security systems sector. Some Asian scientists are developing home guard robots than can move around the house. There are also robots that can sense and see and report back to security via a wireless local area network or the Internet, like the PatrolBot Security Robot developed by ActiveMedia Robotics.
