ABSTRACT
The article discusses the importance of training for security personnel in the U.S. This is a category most looked by security companies. Every security personnel needs to have an extra training at a specific post of job site. Public relations, for example, should be part of additional officer training since many posts include the need to interact with employees and the general public.
