ABSTRACT
The article provides tips in handling potluck events. It includes taking a look at the foods to be eaten and choosing a large plate where one can arrange the individual dishes properly. In potlucks, one should make sure to have a balance meal and enjoy it as well. Choose food or eat not because macrobiotic event offers it, rather select those which are of quality you used to. Lastly, attend the event with a substantial appetite, but not ravenously hungry.
