ABSTRACT

The article focuses on the cooking adventure of writer Shiitake Jones, especially in preparing macrobiotic meals. She relates one of her cooking experience with friend Ken. Jones explained that macrobiotics addresses so many aspects in life which include the positive attitude brought about by singing. She also gave healthy tips to counter the factors which are disrupted to chi flow of ones body.
