ABSTRACT
The article reports on steel services provider Esmark's acquisition of Premier Resource Group LLC North, a service center specializing in pre-painted steel products. According to Esmark chief executive officer James P. Bouchard, the deal greatly expands the company's ability to offer customers a just-in-time solution for an array of painted steel products. Esmark will retain Premier's management team including president Michael Noble.
