ABSTRACT
As it is stated at different platforms, construction sector is the locomotive sector of the country. The railway of this locomotive has two different systems that are the same as regards to technical matters but different as regards to taxation and accounting: Private construction and construction of undertaking and repairing. This study aims at bringing into sight the differences of private construction and construction of undertaking and repairing in terms of taxation and accounting.
