ABSTRACT
The article presents the acronyms of terms related to medical issues in the U.S. in February 2006. RHIO stands for Regional Health Information Organizations. These are local groups that oversee and support the exchange of electronic information at the local level to support care. On the other hand, EHR which stands for Electronic Health Records is a subset of information from various care delivery organizations.
