ABSTRACT
The article focuses on a study about the food preferences of Hispanic Americans. According to the study, foods such as tea, chips, potatoes, eggs, and frozen meals become more popular among Hispanic Americans in the U.S. as they acculturate. The study also revealed that Hispanic Americans tend to abandon items such as milk, tortillas, and fresh fruit.
