Levy Restaurants, an operator of restaurants in Chicago, Florida and New York and food service at sports and entertainment facilities around the U.S., will become wholly owned by Compass Group come April. The acquisition is not expected to change the roles of Larry Levy, chairman and co-founder of Levy Restaurants, or Andy Lansing, president and CEO.
