The article presents information on how one can improve their self confidence. One should act as if they are confident. Just as changing one's mindset can change their behavior, changing one's behavior can alter their mindset. Appearing confident and successful will also influence the way in which other people respond. Confident people stand tall, smile, keep eye contact and have a firm handshake. One should observe the actions of self-confident people and fake these traits even if they are nervous or shy.
