The article discusses issues concerning bullying. A bully is characterized as someone who will not take personal responsibility for their own sense of inadequacy. Bullying may come in three forms, emotional, physical and cyber bullying. Most students are bullied by those who project a sense of smallness on to someone they think can overpower. Ways to deal with bullying are also presented.
