ABSTRACT
The article reports developments related to publishing industries in the U.S. Harlequin Ltd. announced the launching its new line of erotic fiction called Spice in May 26, 2006. The International Digital Publishing Forum had included two erotic books on the list of top 30 best-selling electronic books for 2005. It announces the decision of Sound Publishing Inc.and Penthouse Magazine company to form an audio book alliance for the distribution of erotic audio titles. The Simon & Schuster Inc had bought the booklist and backlist books of Strebor Books International LLC.
