Religious Titles Account For 9% Of S&S Adult Publishing After Howard Buy

The article reports on the acquisition of Christian and inspirational publisher Howard Publishing by Simon & Schuster Inc. in the U.S. The religious category books will be added to Simon & Schuster Adult Publishing division. The president of the adult publishing division of Simon & Schuster Carolyn Reidy said that before the acquisition the company produced a small number of adult religious books. The changes in the company and the books that will be produced after the acquisition are presented.
