NASD: Stafford's 90-Day Suspension Ends April 29

The article reports that the former president of Commerce Capital Markets Inc. Vincent J. Stafford still has about two and a half months of a 90-day suspension to serve for violating Rule G-37 of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD). Stafford's suspension has began on January 30, 2006 and will end on April 29, 2006. NASD stated that Stafford and the firm solicited about 67 of the firm's municipal finance professionals from 1999 through 2002.
